If the communication or creative ministries of your church are stuck in the chaos cycle, I would love to help and serve your church.

Here’s what the process looks like:

Step 1 – Assessment: Prior to the visit, we discuss what key issues you’re wanting to address.
Step 2 – Proposal: I send over a proposal outlining a plan to address your top needs.
Step 3 – On-Site Audit: I conduct a 1-2 day on-site audit, where I meet with key church leaders and staff, assess the current reality and structure of the team, talk through where you’re going, and identify what it’ll take to get there.
Step 4 – Follow Up Coaching: Continue the conversations from the on-site visit and provide online coaching for the top issues that were identified. These sessions can get distributed however you’d like and with whoever you’d like.

The cost for this depends greatly on the timing and needs that you want to address, but typically ranges (for the on-site time and follow up coaching) between $4,500-6,000 + travel.
